Steve Woollard

Steve is the Survey Manager for WRC Trees, where he undertakes a wide range of arboricultural surveys and inspections and manages other surveyors. He has been working in arboriculture for 30 years. During this time, he has been a lead climber and proprietor of an arboricultural contracting business where he provided advice and practical solutions. He spent ten years lecturing in Arboriculture and Forestry before becoming Longleat Estate's in-house arboriculturalist. Steve gained invaluable experience of public sector arboriculture and the planning system as Arboricultural Manager for Southampton City Council. Steve's particular areas of interest are veteran trees and pests and diseases.
